Hi Mark-
An unexpected pleasure to see you again last Sunday and to listen to one of my favorite works of yours, "A Day in the Sun." A yearning piece for a darkening autumn afternoon, the perfect music to accompany a journey within.
Jim and I returned to my cottage by the lake to play your "Breaking All the Rules" CD, only to find it had gone a travelin' somewhere on its own. Looked through all my CDs and took a journey to my past-was it in the bookcase hiding between a lyrical Chopin recording (the music of my soul) and my book of dreams? Sharing a Neil Young or Dylan CD case? Disappeared into a Doors album from way way back? It's in good company somewhere, but I am missing it.
I'll be ordering another copy and would like your most recent one, too. Left my name and contact iinfo. on your site here for updates. Thanks for sharing your (our) real-life experiences in your finely-crafted music & heartfelt lyrics.

Hi Mark-
We met you at the Ginger Blossom last November-I am an artist and Jim is a musician composing for rare historic instruments. We have been enjoying your original music on the CD we bought. With spring on the way, we will be traveling up to McHenry more often and hope to catch one of your upcoming gigs. Jim just performed a Haydn piece on Hurdy-Gurdy with the Northbrook Symphony-a first for this instrument in the classical world we believe! He plans to release a CD of original piano compositions next month and is composing for Hurdy-Gurdy as well. Your thoughtful, introspective lyrics and beautiful melodies resonate with us.

I was looking up old friends and came across you on CD baby.I'm in L.A. now(my hometown)Not much of a folk scene here. I'm a full time student, just finishing my first year with honors. I'll be in Illinois the 2nd week in June for business. Maybe I'll see you. In any case I still love your music. Hope you're doing well.

When ever Mark comes to Racine WI We consider it an event, a "happening!" We will (at all costs) attempt to get to where ever he is playing! We've only missed Mark once because our boys were getting married a month apart and it was to hectic for us to see him!!
Mark's music is very heartfelt and special! Listening to his music lifts me to another place and I forget the worries of the day. I am touched by his music and look forward to his next CD! Mark's songs just seem to "Ooze" out of him as it's just as natural as breathing!
Mark is incredibly gifted with writing songs, playing his beloved guitar, and sharing with his audience his nice, simple, honest & fun view on life. Small children, Parents, Teens & even Grandparents can
enjoy his music as he appeals to all generations!
